- Returned with all original packaging and tags intact

3. Non-Returnable
Because all sales are final, the following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances:
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized or personalized items
- Used, worn, washed, altered, or mishandled items
- Any item where the issue was reported after 48 hours of delivery
